Returns and Cancellation Policy
We hope you’ve not fallen for the product and purchased too soon. Our customer service team would be help you fix it. We assume you have already gone through and are aware of our product specifications, returns /exchange policies.
Below is our policy for returns and cancellations:-
II Open packaging
If the product has reached to you in an open condition or the product is damaged the customer is eligible for an immediate exchange. Please send us an email at email@example.com with the open parcel picture attached.
You may reject the parcel, if you find a the parcel in an open condition.
III Return Eligibility
We would love to accept the returns for justified reasons in which we would like to play fair to counter the situation. Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of the delivery of the product. Customer needs to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify the returns.
Definition of eligible products :-
a. Products that are arrived damaged or with defects
b. Wrong product delivery
c. Any unworn product that can be used to resell and are with original packaging and receipt.
Return shipping charges would be borne by the customer and the return process would start only after receiving and inspecting the product.
IV Damaged Products
Like we make sure that the product is of high finish and quality we also ensure a great delivery experience to your doorstep. Any product which is damaged or defective is eligible for a replacement or returns. The aforesaid transaction can be It can settle in lieu of
a) You may choose to get the same product immediately
b) You may also choose to return and in lieu of Jollyrolly credits in your account which can be used for future purchases.
Please note the original shipping charges are non-refundable and we will send the replacement of the product at Zero cost of shipping.

VI Refund Policy
Once you’re sure that the product you got is not meeting your expectations then your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days. Once the item is received by us, we will inspect the product and credit the amount of the item returned as STORE CREDIT in your account (if you have created one) or by generating a coupon code (if you are a guest user) or we can do online refund via NEFT within 3 business days. The coupon code and store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of its issuance and can be used to shop for any item on the JOLLYROLLY.CO.IN PLEASE NOTE: that while Store Credit can be used partially, your coupon code must be used all at once. Please allow at least 6-9 working days for the entire return process to be completed.
You can exchange an item purchased on jollyrolly.co.in with the same item or another one, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. To cancel an order placed by mistake, please contact us by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 24 hours from the time order is placed.
